Go get a flu shot!

I have never done it before, but last week Ryan, Becca, and I went to get a flu shot.  They've got plenty of vaccine for everyone this year.  Did you know that 30,000 Americans die from the flu every year?  Our motivation was the new life about to join our family.  I'm not one of those overly germophobic people, but the new mom in me wishes I could get everyone who is going to be around the new baby to get immunized.

So, this post is especially directed toward our family who will be around the baby more than others.  It's the easiest shot out there!  Smallest needle around, you may not even feel it.  Do it for your family, neighbors and friends!
